The module for Sourcing Management can be installed as a stand alone solution or fully integrated into our Catalog Procurement module. When these two modules are combined, tenders can be generated directly from the catalog data and conversely tenders can form the basis for catalogs.
Tenders can be carried out step by step in the system. Due to the integrated communication platform all persons involved, be it internally or externally, can access the tender projects and enter the necessary data - depending on their rights. Thus colleagues can work as a team to create the tender specifications and suppliers can submit their offers.
The software takes care of the comparison and evaluation of the offers in accordance with the criteria that you specify. The best offer can then be selected with a single mouse click.
