Catalog Procurement

The module Catalog Procurement is suitable for all companies wishing to benefit from all advantages of the electronic procurement of A, B and C articles. Rights and approval workflows can be set individually for all users and the ordering status offers full transparency.

Thus fast and efficient procurement of all necessary articles and/or services can be handled via the user friendly desktop. You decide which supplier catalogs will be integrated into the system. These can be imported automatically via the additional module Staging - always in accordance with the rules and regulations that you define beforehand.

Two different versions of the module are available:

for medium sized and larger enterpises aiming to achieve flexible, transparent and cost effective procurement
for corporate market places and trading platforms, which need a a complex system due to the large number of users
