With the help of the Netviewer software we are able to look directly on your screen if support is needed. We can work together interactively through Netviewer - but only with your consent, of course. This makes our support faster, more effective and saves a lot of time and costs.

Netviewer is also an ideal solution to present you our products or to talk to you about business proposals. Our Sales Representative presents online, just like he is sitting right next to you. The advantages of your proposal gets communicated vividly, and questions can be answered right away. This saves travel time and travel costs.

Security

Netviewer is designed to fulfill even the most demanding safety criterias, on the architecture level as well as the application level and the data protection level. With this comprehensive and broad security concept you can be sure that no unauthorized person is able to look into your data.

The OPDV-approval of the Sparkassen Finanz IT and safety certificates of the Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology confirm the safety of the software. 

Instruction "Start session" for Participants

1. Start the Netviewer Participant Program (see Download, right upper page)
If you are using the Internet Explorer, you can execute the file right away. If you are using another browser, please save the installation file on your local harddisk and execute it from there.

2. During the "Start session" dialogue you are prompted to enter the session number that you have received from our support team beforehand. If the session is password protected, another dialogue will occur that prompts you to enter the session password.

3. With a click on "Connect" you join the session. That's all!
